We ship Australia wide for products, rentals and customs. For international shipping please send an email to studio@nicolalouise.com to see if it can be arranged.

For one-off products, please allow up to 5 business days for your product to be shipped. All items are express posted, allow 1-2 business days for NSW and 1-3 business days interstate.

We offer returns for all one-off products from the shop section to ensure customers are satisfied with the fit. Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. There are no returns for rentals or customs.
